Can I Send a Gift Message with my Order?

Yes! You can add a gift message directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart. Once you’ve added your message, just add the item to your cart and proceed with checkout.

What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?

We deliver your SkylieCreates box with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. At checkout, simply choose the shipping option that works best for you. Rates are calculated automatically based on your location and preferred delivery speed.

Can I rely on the Estimated Delivery Dates at Checkout?

No, the delivery dates shown are estimates from the shipping carriers and cannot be guaranteed. Once your SkylieCreates box leaves our warehouse, transit times are out of our control. If you need your gift to arrive by a specific date, please reach out to us before placing your order — we’re happy to help!

How Soon will My Order be Shipped?

We usually prepare and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Once your SkylieCreates box is on its way, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. Just click it to see the latest shipping status and estimated delivery dates on the carrier’s site.

Which Locations Do you Deliver to?

We currently ship our SkylieCreates boxes anywhere within the United States from our California-based warehouse.

Can I cancel My Order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation or update by emailing us at support@skyliecreates.com as soon as possible. You also have the option to modify or cancel your order within one hour of placing it — full instructions are included in your order confirmation email.

How do Returns and Refunds Work?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your SkylieCreates box is delivered. To be eligible, items should be in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, simply email us at support@skyliecreates.com and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
