Refund policy
SkylieCreates has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Returns are accepted based on the original purchase price, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your existing item and, once your return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 7 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
