Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or high order volumes. You will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, US Islands or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Times

You can select your preferred shipping speed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days

  • Fast Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

All orders ship from California. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

  • For all orders a flat rate applies:

    • $6.50 for order - standard

    • $29.65 for order - express

Shipping rates are automatically calculated and applied at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, but we will do our best to accommodate requests if your order has not yet shipped. Please Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost in transit, please Contact us so we can file a lost package claim on your behalf. If our team confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue
