Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or high order volumes. You will be notified if there is a significant delay with your online gift basket delivery.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the continental United States only. We also ship to Hawaii and P.O. Boxes via USPS. We do not ship to Alaska, U.S. territories, U.S. Islands, or international destinations at this time. Our gift basket delivery US service ensures reliable shipping across supported locations.

Shipping Times

You can select your preferred shipping speed at checkout when you shop for gift basket with delivery.

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
Fast Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

All orders ship from California. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

For all orders a flat rate applies:

Standard Shipping: $8.95 per order
Express Shipping: $29.65 per order

Shipping rates are automatically calculated and applied at checkout. We also occasionally offer gift basket free shipping promotions and gift basket on sale with free shipping during special events.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, but we will do our best to accommodate requests if your order has not yet shipped. This applies to all order gift basket for home delivery purchases.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we're here to help. If our team confirms that a package was lost during transit, we will reship your order. For damaged deliveries, please reach out within 5 business days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
